Highly doubt it. Christ, they've even dropped the funny-money level well below the 8% growth channel (let alone the 10% channel they had been pegging) with the last expirations.

I wasn't tryin to nail you...just putting it out there because I notice it is all over the place. They usually do several of them a month with the discount rate as the subject of the meeting.

But then again WTFDIK.

i saw the earlier and as stomper noted its not uncommon for the fed to have expedited procedure meetings.
rate cut tomorrow is possible depending on how deep sh*t that german bank is in AND how much exposure US banks have in it.
but i don't think so..feds almost out of ammo and they KNOW how bad things will get..like everyone knows how a rate cut will really help LOL
