When you say you don't expect any more than a 13-EMA bounce for the next three weeks, are you including options expiration shenanigans in that or not? I can't tell from your phrasing.

I ask because, unless I've missed something, (which is always possible), NDX has to go above the 20-SMA by a tad in order to make Pain, and thus would't COMP pretty much have to do so as well?
