Hi KD, You are doing fine relative to me, by doing whatever you are doing to achieve these results "Average Annual Return %(4/17/00): Lifetime 47.5%; 12MO -2%; YTD 153%+; Last Year:367.47%" noted on profile.

I take these numbers to be current, and if so, then:

(a) sell main residence and rent loft in ex-dotcom area,
(b) sell portfolio,
(c) stay in cash with equal allocation to USD, CAD, AUD, EURO, and paper gold,
(d) learn to sell puts when the market is crashing, possibly get putted, and then learn to sell covered calls when the market rises, and
(e) patiently wait for end of downward-biased volatility.

and if you are of the military draft age, then get doctor's report for exemption before there is a crowd.

Chugs, Jay
