Thanks for pulling this article up, BigBull. I had just tried to find it. You know the rats are trying to leave the sinking ship. Saddam has got to know this is going on, and it must be driving him nuts.

What we are doing is destabilizing Iraq. The more pressure we apply, the easier the regime change will be.

After reading about the fate of the 1991 Iraqi uprising, and the 1995 uprising, I would be surprised if the opposition does anything until we actually invade and back them up with real soldiers with real weapons, not just words.
