that report does indeed assert a CIA/Afghan Arab/bin Laden linkage; unfortunately, it provides no evidence for this. It claims that such evidence exists, but is still classified. Perhaps. We'll see. That's a very slim reed to go on, however--sort of the foreign policy equivalent of a George Gilder stock recommendation...
