The article, like many, many articles, invites you to draw the inference that the CIA funded bin Laden, or trained bin Laden, but does not actually state it. No reliable source actually comes right out and states it. With good reason, because the CIA has never admitted or confirmed that it funded bin Laden or trained bin Laden. Nor has anyone who worked for the CIA said it. You can find a lot of sites on the Internet which will make that connection for you. Problem is, they are all run by black helicopter organizations.
