Of course, what is new is that the Evangelicals keep adjusting their "prophetic clock" to make prophecy fulfill itself. So you believe that Jesus was a Jew, eh? Well, there are many folks who don't! For example, Dr. Herbert Spencer Lewis, one time Imperator of the Rosicrucian Order (AMORC) wrote two books, THE SECRET DOCTRINES OF JESUS, AND THE MYSTICAL LIFE OF JESUS that state that Jesus was an Essene, not a Jew. But, of course, lots of folks will claim that Essenes were Jews, after all. It was pointed out that little, if any, was known about Jesus from the last time he was seen in a synagogue (at age 14) debating with learned rabbis to the time he began his Mission (at age ~30). In one of the abovementioned books, it is stated that in the interregnum period, Jesus was in India and Tibet soaking up Eastern mystical philosophy and metaphysics and debating with the mystics of the day. And that there exist records in some Tibetan lamaseries that Jesus was indeed itinerant in Tibet. I present the above for interest and FWIW, not to arouse resentment or controversy.
