Getting it directly to the people who need it instead of Swiss bank accounts of corrupt leaders is the problem.

The IMF seems to have the same effect of all these loan companies. Target lower income people (nations). Wait until payments cannot be made then garner all remaining wealth. Make 'em poorer still.

I strongly suspect these nations would be much better of if they had borrowed no money from the IMF.
