You are talking about a "fact". Or is it maybe my poor command of the English language that is causing 'another' misunderstanding? :) By the way, I have not read anything written by Win Smith that says he believes Iraq is peaceful under Saddam. But maybe you have. Then I guess you should find the quote and prove it to us :)
