It is the same, whether you throw chairs or try to intimate others with a website.. That's absurd. Throwing chairs, breaking windows, kicking people, screaming in their face - those are attempts to intimidate using violence or the threat of violence. I called up the website you posted and saw no attempt to intimidate. It looks like a clear attempt to observe and report on some of what goes on on college campuses. To call this intimidation is to admit that what is going on is improper.
