<<looks like the Rally Monkey is too busy getting prepared for Twinkies / Halos to help out on Wall Street today>>

I almost forgot an HILARIOUS ralleymonkey story!

Friday night, after a hard week of paid bashing and running the US economy into the ground, I was unwinding by playing poker at a local card club. This place is well appointed, has full-wall sized TV screens tuned to the sporting events of the day. Things weren't looking up poker-wise, I was getting beat up pretty bad. In the middle of a HUGE hold 'em hand, I glance up at the screens just as the Angels-Yankees game is in the seventh inning. Lo and behold, what do I see (on a full-wall sized screen, mind you?), just as I'm turning over my cards to rake the pot with a full house:

I almost $hit myself, I laughed so hard! Needless to say, it was impossible to explain to the loser what was so freakin' funny, he got royally pissed off and proceded to dump about 2 racks of red ($1000) to the table, most of it to yer humble narrator! "Time for a rally", indeed!

Oh yeah, and the Angels won the game, happy endings all around, the END!<G>
