Bill, I think I'd like the Sequim area, too. Only been there once but like the climate zone and area. Seattle's got many more problems than 12 years ago, Max, but still pretty good overall. Hurt my back and had to drive in today (instead of bike): Grrrr! on that traffic!

I was at the Breakers a year and a half ago. Unfortunately none of the 9 stretches out front were mine, but I felt wealthy just being there

Bill -

Sequim eh? Like your sunshine? :)

I'll never forget the first time I asked a local for directions to Seeequim. LOL! And I was trying so hard not to act like a tourist.

My personal favorite is Humptulips just down the road a bit.

PS - Not to change the subject, but the VIX thingy is getting up there again, AND SPX (which has been taking its sweet time) is finally getting down to "re-testing" the 775.68 low of 24 July. Only 10 more points to go. Ho Ho Ho...
