why would every man woman and child on this planet pay $9 for a share of csco (with plenty of shares left over) knowing they will never see a dividend or never enough dividend to ever get their $9 back? of course it's going lower, the herd is stupid when it comes to #'s, most people can't even add or subtract 2 fractions.
