just read Biggs latest

'now, its just the opposite, the mirror image of the boundless optimism of three years ago. there is and epidemic of fear and pessimism.'
(note: emphasis mine)

epideminc of fear and pessimism? apparantly Biggs doesn't read the research of his fellow members of Morgan Stanley.

just one more example of a bear turning bullish too early (like that Fisher dood) and then blaming his incorrect call not on him being incorrect but on stupid maniacal investors.

in fact, i'm now starting to wonder if Biggs has ever made a bad call in his life. his bearishness was over-ridden by those stupid maniac bulls in 1998-2000, and now his bullishness is being run-over by the stupid afraid-of-their own shadow investors of 2002. good to know that he's always right, and its just all the rest of us that are wrong.

Cheers
