After I got hurt she started moving the deadline sooner by about a week per week so I had to work harder. The mare actually followed me while I strung the last 100' of fence. We did have a supply of codeine pills and the Excedrin were over the counter. I'd take 2 Excedrine and a codeine and then try to get out of bed a half hour later. That took some time. I was going throught 8 Excedrine and 4 codeine pills a day.
