OK....Except that something is not arbitrary if a rationale has been provided, ie, that civilized society allows the greatest number of human beings to exercise their specifically human faculties, and thus fulfills the purpose of society (the fulfillment of human needs) better than most other societies. You may not agree, but that does not make it arbitrary, nor exempt you from specific objections. In any case, I do not feel any particular need to prove to you anything, I am content that you will do what you want.......
