Yes Valid Points Skinowski, but a few points worth considering: the money has been outflowing for a long time now ...not just over the last few weeks or months - we are talking for well over a year ++ (closer to 2) now - so, technically speaking, had the money stayed where it was - they would have lost a hell of a lot more money in the long term. Also, unfortunately, I don't really buy Prechter's comments as they are more observations (perhaps even coincidental) with no solid foundations other than "perhaps"...if you catch what I mean!
