John...for a while, the Search function seemed better...now what is happening? What good is it to have a Search function, if it won't find the requested reference material? All the large genealogy sites have search engines, for use both within a category, and for the entire site as well. These links go back to at least 1996 in most instances. I don't understand why SI can't be as good or better than, any one of those sites....(i.e. www.genforum.com, or www.usgenweb.com and of course rootsweb.....)
