Biggs turned bullish earlier this year (he must have taken a bath)... I wonder what his position on the mkt is now.

The continuing capex slide took almost everyone by surprise I think.

Stocks were a lot cheaper in 1982. There was not so much public participation. The situation is very different. The
public has barely begun to sell.
