By 2004, shrub's attempt at empire building will crumble like so many Enrons.

The exploitation of the many by the few, who twist these powers that they have bought through the rot that our politico-economic system has become, will end when the popping of the credit bubble commences in earnest.

Then W. and his cadre of chickenhawks face the same fate as daddybush.

The harder they come, the harder they fall, one and all.

Is McDermott from the Spokane district? I hope he doesn't last long enough for me to get down there and vote against him. Although it would be gratifying.

ANTI-WAR Rally in Cincinnati for Bush's cheerleading speech:
enquirer.com

A friend of mine was on the scene protesting and he confirms that the press report is following the usual trends. The Whores in the Corporate Media are consistently and dishonestly underreporting the number of protestors. He put the number of protestors in the thousands. Much more credible than the muzzled press. Sadly. On the bright side, if there is a consistent effort to underreport the opposition to Bush, we may have a Democratic landslide in the November elections.

By the way, my friend is a registered Republican who voted for George Bush in 2000, and has become deeply alarmed by Bush's hellish race toward unprovoked war and Bush's radical support of the butchers in Tel Aviv.

Salaam aleikum, Ray

Ah, "The Scum Also Rises". Sounds like McDermott is very comfortable in his little fiefdom. He speaks... and I see Jesse Jackson or Cynthia McKinney. At least his protests originate in the US and are not broadcast via Al Jazeera.

And what we are dealing with right now in this country is whether we are having a kind of bloodless, silent coup or not,"

Where has this guy been, the coup happened two years ago, LOL, ......probably really pissed he didn't get his photo-op with Saddam so he could claim, "this guy is no madman, we gnoshed together."

In Lincoln's time McDermott would have been vacationing in Haiti for a few years, if he was lucky.
