You know... even though I totally agree with Falwell, for him to characterize Mohammad as a terrorist is sort of like Iran's regime characterizing Iraq's regime as a terrorist dictatorship!

Falwell himself uses moralistic terrorism and in that sense one can think of him as sort of a soft-terrorist as oppose to Mohammad who was a hard-core terrorist (sort of like Playboy VS. Hustler)! :)

Lorne:

"As a man of religion, he should be working toward bringing faith communities closer together, not driving wedges through them."

That's a two way street. Reminds me of the Bishop in Turkey who kept initiating discussions with the Muslims there and when he asked them when they were going to initiate a meeting said why should we, we have nothing to learn from you. Same guy who said because of your democracy we will invade you and because of our religion, we will dominate you.

What really concerns us is the lack of reaction by mainstream religious and political leaders, who say nothing when these bigots voice these attacks."

Something like the lack of reaction from muslim leaders who have not accepted responsibility for 911 and who try to blame the Jews or GWB for the atrocity. Still no mullahs have come forward and said that they know there are terrorists in sleeper cells in their mosques.

"They don't understand anything," Mahathir was quoted a saying by the national news agency, Bernama. "They don't understand Islam."

I wonder who is paranoid now as understanding is now what is happening and in typical muslim behavior they will try and deceive and deny.

"Moses, Jesus, Mohammed: Pious Prophets of God" and "We Respect all Prophets."

"We Muslims have never said anything against any other prophet. So why do people say things about our prophet,"

More deceit. If they respected Moses and Jesus, why are they always trying to kill Jews and Christians? They only say that and use that in their cult to try and give it legitimacy. To say that Christ was only a prophet and not the Son of God should be as insulting to a Christian as it is to say that mohammed may he burn in the fires of hell for eternity) was a terrorist, pedophile con man.

I dont see them declaring that Fallwell be assassinated. Perhaps some of the sting has gone out od their radicals.

One has to give Fallwell credit though. The guy has balls the size of King Kong. LOL

Lorne,

Asked to apologize for what? His comments are based off of factual information. Since when is that a punishable offense? If he was talking out of his "you know what", that would be one thing. But that is not the case at all!

This is a paraphrase of a very wise saying I know, "If something is stupid, just because a million people believe it, it doesn't make it any less stupid!" Well, if he is a terrorist, just because millions of people do not believe he is, it doesn't mean he is isn't a terrorist...

God Bless,
IGIT
