Stan,
Future up a bit. Whether one agrees or disagrees with the content of Bush's speech it was deliberate and low key with none of the wanted dead or alive rhetoric. There are valid arguments on both sides here. But both sides need confidence of the leadership ability of the President. With the war in reality put off until February as the UN scurries to get saddam to accept inspections, the markets can divert its eyes from Iraq for awhile. Being way oversold anyway, whatever that means anymore, we should get that rally either today or tomorrow and it should be more than a one day wonder. Hopefully we will be feeling a little better next week. mike
