rounding bottom or a triangle? -it can be both ;-)

On the weekly chart the rounding bottom is very clear. But in the short term, the triangle could easily break DOWN and not invalidate the longer term rounding bottom. A retest of 23 would certainly still be consistent with the larger formation.
