"People killed by actions of own side" = 217

Include the actual suicide bombers??

As I read the ict site, yes -- 'own side' casualties would include suicide bombers, "work accidents", and collaborator killings, but not suicide gunmen who get shot by the other side.

The figure seems low to me, since there have been over a hundred suicide bombers and most sources list nearly two hundred collaborator killings. But I attribute this to ict's caution. They only categorize a death when they really have good evidence, so fully 25% of Palestinian deaths are classed as 'unknown'.
