What kind of a moron deliberately destroys market sentiment I think it's a mistake to think that Junior's plans are unfolding sucessfully. One of the reasons he is so scattered about who is the enemy of the week or the problem priority is because he has been so unsucessful with each initiative and is then sent by General Rove on to a new more alarming and more urgent initiative to distract from the previous ones. There is an upper limit to this bubble of urgency, and when it bursts the waves of perceived failure and inadequacy will become a major drag on U.S. initiatives. TP
