The point you're missing is that the function of utility is in the eye of the beholder. You have followed up by creating a context of "international intelligence community", implying concerted "useful" effort rather than an individual. You've done so without commenting on any basis. It's hazardous claiming such connections between random individuals and organized adversaries -- is there also a context for the recent sniper attacks on Americans in shopping centers and schools? Is that also the intelligence community, international or otherwise?
