There is no proof Iraq has provided anything to Al Qaeda- yet there is ample proof the Saudis have.

Or at least there is no proof that Iraq has provided anything substantial to Al Qaeda.

As for proof that the Saudis have there is plenty of proof that Saudi citizens have but is there proof that their government has?
