Face it, it's not. There is more to the world than us and a generic them. Junior's scatterbrained approach to creating urgent distractions is creating future terrorists at a greater rate than it is eliminating current ones. If you wait for a nut like Saddam to act Saddam's always been a nut, and he used to be a much more powerful nut. All he has now is an endorsement by Junior as some kind of superman. In reality he's just a convienient punching bag. If Junior's handlers are looking for a way to pull out of the sanctions then they should say so and not couch their plans in the phony rhetoric of 9/11. TP
