Mind, It seems that my year end 02 target of 12 was too bullish. We know that IT spending will be weak next year, and who knows what our whacky president will do in the next 15 months (give me Monica, cigar, and Clinton, and CSCO will be at 15 by year end of 03. I am serious!). As such, I am revising down my year end 03 target on CSCO to 7 from 10. good luck, larry!
