Why is a witch a scourge on society? If she doesn't hurt anyone, and likes to think she sleeps with the devil, who cares? I am trying to see the problem with witches. Because quite frankly, I don't see it. I suppose if they told other people they were casting bad spells on them, and the other people believed it, you could claim harm- but what if they aren't? What if they cast no spells, or only good spells (assuming you believe in spells) and they harm no one. Then why would there be anything per se wrong with them?
