Mining claims=PERSONAL PROPERTY, not real estate, by law, Tom. You really should get out more. As a mortgage broker, you sure don't know much about mining, do you?

OH, And it isn't "me" selling claims. Mine aren't for sale. Why do you think I bought them?

My publisher has a different individual, an owner in fact --not me-- who does it as a sideline. No different than E.C. does it. Just they haven't been a staking prospector for as long as E.C. is my guess from reading E.C.'s post.

RE: your charge they are washed out claims? I've been on several, and can assure you that is NOT the case. But then you still think a 2.4# kilo bar=100# honking goober E.C. left on Z's doorstop.

So, if you only got 2.4# x 12 t/oz to pound x $319 per t/oz for your theft of E.D.'s 100# bar on Z's doorstep, you got ripped but good. LOL
