It was in the planning stages way before Clinton left office! They tried to blow the World Trade Center up in 93 while Clinton was in office and if he would have taken those responsible out then I doubt that we would have been attack now! So I say if Clinton would have done his job then many many lives would have been spared! Good gosh get real!
