So you think it is okay to be a rude bastard? If not, it is obligatory to be courteous......... That is another example of the bogeyman. Arguing that one does not have a duty to be courteous is not the same as supporting being rude. One can be courteous out of courtesy as well as out of perceived duty. I don't know why that is so difficult.
