This market is an indicator of eight years of utter lawlessness coming home to roost....

Bush and company are the clean up crew....not the problem....

I doubt that the market takes the war rhetoric very

seriously.

The labor market is weak, earnings are meager, credit ratings are tanking and the debt levels are still skyrocketing. It's basically one big bankrupt mess.

According to Wilshire; book value of this mess is 2.1
trillion dollars. That includes up to a trillion in
goodwill and intangible assets (you know, the stuff they
have been writing off. Remember AOL and JDSU giant losses) and hundreds of billions in debt is hidden off balance sheets. So real world book value of this market may be as
high as a trillion which means that it's selling at ten times that - or as little as zero. How much should you pay for zero?
