So your answer is to ignore the terms of the dilemma? I do not think I did. I chose to be the commandant and die in protest rather than die a victim. I said that I could not be the commandant under any other circumstances, which leaves only the inmate. What is there to motivate anyone to reform their ways, if they have been malicious or negligent?
