CC Heres a bio with pic of the distinguished-looking gentleman. ferc.fed.us Not sure when the full commission will vote on the judge's ruling but the regular meetings are held every three to four weeks in a setting open to the public. Doubt that would be the time and place that the decision is announced but the next scheduled meeting is (gulp!) tomorrow. Seems unlikely that they would drop a bombshell like that on the market since you can also listen or watch it live (10 AM Eastern tomorrow) but I'm tunin' in. capitolconnection.gmu.edu John
