Odds of a coup are Slim and None... and None has left town. No, he'll be dug in like a tick. The Republican Guard and his comrades from Tikit (who dominate the Goverment) know their number is up when he goes... so there is ZERO incentive for a coup. [Also, the fact that the previous President Bush called for uprisings and promised American support - there were three, two by the Kurds and one by the Shias - and then withheld American support while the patriots who rose up were slaughtered... kind of mitigates against against any of these groups rising up again just because a Bush asks them to....]
