DB, I hate to mention FA, but you should investigate the hedge position of the miners in which you are interested. The reason is that the unhedged producers will more nearly track the POG and will react quicker and move higher than those who are heavily hedged. Agreed that TA will tell when they are moving, but you want to have a fast horse in the race.

OTOH, the hedges will keep them from falling as the POG goes down. Life is never simple<ggg>.
