Yes, that is certainly possible. However, in the instant case, characterizing the Iraq situation as comparable to non-threats like Syria and Saudi Arabia could only be deemed one of those two scenarios, IMO.

No. The facts are well known. Appeasement is simply not an option, for any reason....Itis ridiculous to equate non-threats like SA or Syria with real threats like the Iraqi dictator.... This "everything is relative" crap is for losers and those with weak minds.....
