Since you are appearing to be serious, I will explain Bush to you so you can understand him a bit better. Here we go:

1) Bush said he was not into nation building during a debate. This was true, and is not the policy of the U.S. Government.

2) On September 11, 2001 our nation was attacked. This in case you did not know was AFTER the debates. It also was an ACT OF WAR against our country, and killed close to 3,000 people.

3) With great national and international support, we took out the Taliban in Afghanistan. To leave a void there would be to allow the same thing to happen again. To help them START their own government is a solid American concept that most civilized folks think should happen. The current government in Afghanistan wants MORE U.S. protection than we are currently providing.

4) Demo pinheads like you will use this scenario to berate the President and accuse him of being a LIAR. It is pathetic, but also an excellent example of how the demo mind works. I am disgusted by your view of this situation, but appreciate the example you provide to others on the threat about how demo tactics work. As long as you can disparage your enemy (the President of the United States in this case), who cares how you get there. Despicable imo.

<<The Republicans knocked on CLinton for what they called "Nation building". Now that it's a Republican doing it......it's OK.>>

There's one hell of a difference. Clinton was meddling and Bush is defusing a threat to this nation.

I don't recall anybody blocking Clinton when he decided to go after warlords in Somalia. Although the families of the dead soldiers certainly wish they had. Or at least wish he would have done so without relying on the U.N. to back them up.
