Harry: If I have this right msft gave flat seq guidance for this quarter with earnings of 43 cents / share and full year earnings of 1.85 to 1.9. I don't think invest impairments are in these #'s (they earned 28 cents last q with 15 cents of impairments). They have $8 share of investments (all i did was take equity less goodwill). @ 44 they are trading 24x earnings. In checking the pnf chart it can hit 41 (dec of 00) or 42 (this year). A higher low @ this level would bode well for the markets. We all have to keep in mind the bear still isn't over and being too early (I am) can be painful. Tim
