MM, my timing skills are poor but I would expect one prior to election day if the market continues to slide. The trouble is AG squandered his reserves with his rapid rates cuts. Like the Germans in WWII Battle of the Bulge the Fed is spent now we must brace ourselves for the long delayed TL & EV. I do think AG is would pull a surprise options expiration style cut since history will see him as a Wall St whore anyway. Do not underestimate the power of TL & EV. Mike
