Re: "I would rather work for management that treats its employees so well it doesn't need them." Perhaps more companies will return to a kinder-gentler management style in the coming years. The go-go '90s emboldened many companies to bring in the bottom line at any cost, including squeezing workers and forsaking communities. We shall see. Yes, I agree, every company deserves the union it has.
