Claude,

In Golden Eagles case, in one respect, isn't the pilot plant itself a "feasibility study?" In the link you provided, they say ---- "The purpose of the study was to determine if the project could support project financing and result in acceptable return on investment for the company."

In Golden Eagles case they are using the "study" to determine a variety of different things also, such as grade, profitability, reserves, etc.

"Yes, ALL public companies before going into production reveal their feasibility study...." I think you must mean all Canadian companies. A while back, someone posted the Canadian legal requirement for such a study, and its definition. I haven't seen any such requirement for a US company.
