Right, that's what I said.
So i'm still waiting for him to tell me what perma bears went bullish in 2000. I bet no no names are provided.

Biggs, BTW, is not a perma-bull. Perhaps we should coin a new set of terms - "premi-bear" and "premi-bull". Cohen, I won't defend.

Biggs is good- he was bearish a little early too though- I remember him as a bear in the late 90s (I assume he was a bull earlier). But to be a bull early this time around has cost a bundle. Still Biggs will be correct soon enough I believe.

BTW the silicon valley chip companies mrvl,brcm etc. are doing well and ramping. So there's one pocket of strength.
