Searle the article hit me hard as i have witnessed change in business. People i have known top notch in their field during the last down turn were unable to get back up to the spot they once had. These are very well educated people. The market place for their expertise had shrunk.

The smaller business person has had problems remaining competitive with larger entities. Their biggest competitive ability has been they are able to limit legal costs.

i have been beyond upset with the SEC sh.t More so because i saw how CPA's ethics had changed to perform at all costs. The financial world steering their own ship not all aware of the course this creates for the whole economy. Net working is part of life but this has been collusion in gear for collision.
