Enron people are on the way to jail, as are WCOM and TYCO guys. And as long as we don't go to war with Canada, by far our our biggest source of imported energy, oil will be fine.

The other things you propose would either hurt the economy or make no difference.

>> stop subsidizing large businesses (steel makers, "farmers" subsidies which mostly go to such "farmers" as ADM and General Foods), <<

yeah, i totally agree. the united states should stop subsidizing steel and farmers--abroad that is. what you ignorant free traitors don't seem to understand is that billions of US tax dollars have gone to bail out russia, south korea, indonesia, and brazil etc.--all of which unfairly dump steel into our markets. japan happily dumps steel into our markets while US taxpayers spend trillions to defend countries like japan.

you might want to take things like this into account when you advocate abandoning our steel companies here at home while american workers subsidize foreign industry abroad!
