I dont see it that way. All she is doing is accepting the reality that the market way exceeded her downside forcasts so how could average get back to her old targets so fast. Its more important to watch guys like ed hyman and ken fischer who were the leading smart bears to become bullish. Fisher was premature in his assessment but he was also premature in calling the bear. I remember someone commenting that the bear market really started in late 1999 in some groups. In the future will we see the bull market of 2003 having started end 02 in some groups? If so which groups? Is there any strength now in any group? mike
