It isn't there under the Startup tab. There's a RealTray, which contains Real Player, and when I did a search for RealNetworks, it was in the Real Player file. Part of it.

I do want Real Player, but I've been clicking No to Real Networks each time and Real Player is working fine. So I'll just click No and Remember this answer.
