Did you understand how Game Theory relates to common good problems or not?

Another example: US stance in Kyoto Agreement. It is a perfect case study for Game Theory - One state putting its individual benefits above all, and the result is obviously not for the common good of all, not even the long term good of the citizens of each country.

Two partners both confessing to a crime and both serving reduced sentences thanks to these confessions (bringing nobody else to justice in the process) sounds strange to me but is of course possible in a system that awards damages to some woman who microwaved her cat and sued its maker because the manual didn't warn against it :)
